Classes

The Living Well Fitness Center offers a variety of group exercise classes to suit all your fitness needs. In addition to our fitness classes we also offer a specialized boot camp experience for those that are looking to kick start their fitness experience. In order to maximize the benefits of cross-training, we encourage participation in a wide variety of classes while exercising at a comfortable, yet challenging level.
Class Descriptions
Total Body Cardio – Feel the intensity of this cardiovascular exercise class filled with fun choreography, passion and energy. This 60-min class is designed for those looking to shed some inches and get back their fountain of youth.
Total Body Weights - is an amazing mind/body workout that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Total Body Combo – is a combination class of cardio and weights designed to work in the new you. This 60-min class uses circuit training to get the best results for the exercise enthusiast or someone just getting started.
Kickboxing - Kick your way into gear with this energetic cardio kickboxing experience. Burn your maximum calories through basic kickboxing moves, punches and kicks.
Boot Camp – DO YOU WANT TO BE ALL YOU CAN BE? Get in shape with this intense boot camp workout! This is a 60-min class that challenges you with a variety of agility, strength, plyometric, and cardio drills to get your body in tip top shape! All fitness levels welcome
Senior Fit - A fitness class for older adults (65+). Work on balance, improve muscle and bone strength, help with daily living skills. Can be done seated. 45 minutes.
Beginner Abs - Tighten your core with beginner Abs. This class is designed for the novice abdominalizer. We will focus on proper form and mechanics while targeting the central area of our body. 30 minutes.
Cardio/Abs - Fast paced abdominal workout focusing on exercises that transform the beginner abdominalizer into an intermediate abdominalizer
Classes are by appointment only! You can specialize your workout with you and a group of friends. Give it a try what do you have to LOSE!
