"No Temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."
1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV

God is good! We have made it another week of sacrifice to Him who made us. This week may have been challenging but God allowed to go through this to grow your faith in Him. Keep walking with God. He will make an escape and not put more on you than you can stand.

There is nothing that can stop you from getting your results in this realm of exercise and life, if you continue walking by faith and not by sight. Scripture tells us, that all things work together for good to those who love God (Romans 8:28 NKJV) and that the steps of a good man are order by the Lord (Psalm 37:23 NKJV). Standing on this faith in God we have no reason to doubt that we can overcome whatever obstacles lie in wait to ensnare us.

With that being said we can say with boldness 1 John 5:14-15 NKJV "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know
that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him."

God is ready to hear you!

                             IT MAY FEEL THIS WAY

                                           BUT

For this is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

Happy Monday!

Today's Scripture:

"And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Galatians 6:9 NKJV

Glory be to God who has taught His word through our diligence so that we may find our purpose. In todays scripture if you continue to sow with your Spirit you will reap everlasting life.

Exercise can serve as a  spiritual connection with God because you are offering sacrifice onto God by breaking your body down so that God can build you up. When it starts to get tough remember that in due season you will reap if you do not lose heart or give up. This requires total submission to God with your body. When it doesn't seem as if you are getting the results keep going you can do it.

This weeks challenge is 100 Chair Squats and 100 Pushups
                                 3 times per day:

Are You Ready For The Challenge

"Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit who lives within you, whom you have received (as a gift) from God? You are not your own, you were bought with a price (purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own). So then honor God and bring glory to Him in your body"
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 AMP

Understanding that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit we must also adhere to 1 Corinthians 9:27 NKJV "But I discipline my body and bring into subjection, lest when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified."

God has prepared for us in His word a road map to life and it more abundantly.

One of those resources is the Living Well Fitness Center.

Our prices are $10 A Month

This is Thursday, have you done enough to bring your body into subjection that you can walk with boldness proclaiming the goodness of God's grace and mercy that is bestowed upon us each and every day?

Remember that we have a chance to present our bodies as a living sacrifice onto God each and everyday.

                                      Have You?

God bless each one you as you live healthy in word and deed!

For this is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

Happy Monday!

Today's Scripture:
"Therefore I always exercise and discipline myself (mortifying my body, deadening my carnal affections, bodily appetites, and worldly desires, endeavoring in all respects) to have a clear (unshaken, blameless) conscience, void of offense toward God and toward men." Act 24:16 AMP

Glory be to God for His goodness and His mercy last forever!

This week we are going to challenge ourselves with two exercises that are used to test our muscle endurance Pushups and Sit-ups.

Pushups and Sit-ups are great exercises for increasing your upper body strength and core strength. This is essential for proper posture and to start a fitness program that will last for a long time.

The challenge is to do as many pushups and sit-ups that you can do up to 1-minute, 3-times-per-day.

                               Remember to have fun!

This Journey is a FAITH walk

The journey to complete health and fitness is related to how bad do you want to make it to the top of the mountain, metaphorically speaking. In physical transformation you have to believe that the results are achieved when you keep climbing, when you keep pressing, digging deeper to go further, climb higher. When climbing there will be some times when it gets tough and the end result seems far away, but keep going the results are close. During those tough times we are required to lean and depend on our faith.

As it is written in scripture "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him."
1 John 5:14-15 NJKV

                                      NOTE:
What are you asking God for?
Write your petition in our comments section and then believe it to happen, after you believe, watch God do it for you.

We know that without faith in God this journey is challenging and virtually impossible but as it is written "without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." Hebrews 11:6 NKJV

Since we know that God rewards the diligent and gives us the desires of our heart we can keep the faith that God once again will see us through all peaks and valleys. Again it is written "For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life, weeping may endure for a night, but JOY comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5 NKJV God wants for us to live healthy and to prosper; continue to trust God. He will change your life.

Are you stretching out your hand? God is!

Happy Monday!

Glory be to God for His goodness and His mercy last forever!

This week we are going to challenge ourselves with one of my favorite exercises Mountain Climbers.

The challenge is to do mountain climbers for a long as you can up to 5-minutes 3-times-per-day.

This is an exciting way to increase your cardiovascular training while not taking up too much space. By doing this exercise you can improve your lung capacity and the health of your heart.

God bless all of you as you seek to do the will of God in your life. Our focal scripture for the Living Well Fitness Center is 3 John 2 "Beloved I pray that you proser in all things and be in good health even as your soul prospers."

In our prosperity we have to realize that in order to change we need to do something different. Exercise is the same as life. In order to get results you have to constantly change your work outs by varying your intensity, the exercises that you do, and the frequency that you do those exercise meaning that you vary your rest period between exercises.

Here at the Living Well Fitness Center we have sheets to help you track your progress. We provide sheets to educate you on the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. God wants the best for you!

                                       DO YOU?

Again exercise is just like life, it's only as difficult as you make it. Make a decision to do something different with your life.

Questions: Are you tired of being tired? Do you find that you feel sluggish at some point in your day? Do you want to have more energy?

If your answer to these questions is YES then do something about it. If you currently have a gym that you use great job, keep up the good work.
If not, what are you waiting on?

The Living Well Fitness Center has affordable rates, is faith based and an overall great place to be, with a friendly environment. This decision could change your life. Give it a chance!

What do you have to lose?

Let us pray:
Lord God, I believe and confess that You are good and Your grace abounds on to me. Lord I declare and decree that by faith I receive Your grace to see transformation in every aspect of my life. You have take away hindrances from my life and given me a new direction to live a life pleasing to You.

Lord, I pull down the strongholds of the mind and every form of imagination that contradicts the Word of God in my life. Lord, by faith I confess that I overcome fleshly devices and bring them under the subjection of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, Your word is a lamp onto my feet and a light to my pathway. I know that my steps are order by You and You find delight in my way.

Because of all these things I can say with boldness I am blessed and highly favored. AMEN!

Exercise Enthusiast, Are you looking to tighten the lower half of your body? This weeks challenge is to do 50 Chair squats per day. By completing this exercise you burn fat around the thighs while toning the muscle. This is also another way for burning calories by using the large muscles in your body.

Scripture Says,
"For you have need of endurance so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise" Heb. 10:36

RESULT ARE AROUND THE CORNER!  HOLD TO YOUR FAITH!

Picture
Proper form for completing this exercise is:
1. Stand in front of a chair
2. The first muscle action is to move your hips back
3. Sit in chair for split second
4. Stand up and do it again
Note: Use your hands for counterbalance as this will keep you from leaning to far over your toes
