For this is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it.
This week we have realized that a major part of change is in our faith in God and how we reverence Him in our activities. God is in everything that we do if we allow Him to be present. As the word of God says "This book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success" Joshua 1:8
This week we have to remember that God has given us victory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This week we are going to challenge ourselves to do something simple like ARM CIRCLES for 1 minute in both directions. Arm circles strengthen your shoulder muscles and stabilize your shoulder joint.
Winning in this life requires sacrifice by you and faith in God. As we traverse through this life we are faced with many challenges, how we overcome those challenges depends on our preparation and knowledge of God. If we believe that we have success then we walk in the life of that success. The word of God says that "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." Proverbs 23:7a
This week we are going to challenge ourselves to push just a little bit harder. When this journey starts to become difficult and it will remember to cling close to God and begin to speak to Him good things.
This week has been an awesome week. A lot of time our attitude is what prohibits us from attaining the success that we have been promised. God has ordained for us a life of good success if we just sacrifice a little of ourselves. Jesus says "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me." Matt. 16:24 NKJV
This week is a week of dedication to accomplishing one task that will grow to overcoming one major hill. This weeks challenge is to take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. According to senior life health, Taking the stairs is an excellent way to prevent the health problems that come with inactivity including obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke. Taking the stairs is a great way to get in shape, improve cardiovascularfunction and strengthen and tone the legs muscles.Given all our modern conveniences including cars, elevators, escalators, and computers, it is easy to go through a whole day without getting much physical activity. Activities that you can fit into your daily routine – like choosing the stairsinstead of the elevator – is increasingly being urged by public health experts who point to mounting evidence that small amounts of exercise accumulated throughout the day can provide significant health benefits.
