This week we have three scriptures for those of us who start on a journey to success but during the voyage we start to doubt if we can keep going. Remember the "race is not given to the swift, nor the battle to the strong" Eccl. 9:11a-b, but hold to the fact that "let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" Gal. 6:9 and we can stand on His word that says "you are in need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise" Heb. 10:36. God is good and His truth endures to all generations. Finally a prayer of Accomplishment. Pray this prayer with someone else.
Lord God,I believe and confess that the Lord is good. Your faithfulness is to all generations. You cause me to be fruitful in all my labor and crown me with good success. Lord God, I believe and confess that everything I start will also finish well. Your grace abounds to me as I carry out Your vision for my life. The projects I initiate will be accomplished. You have started a good thing in me and I will be faithful to complete it. I declare and decree on this day that I am blessed and highly favored Amen

This week we are going to focus on exercise in totality. Exercise has many benefits from physical strength to mental acuity. When we combine the physical benefits with spiritual blessings the total person is complete. All that we need to do is surrender totally to the will of God. This weeks scripture is: "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us." Romans 8:37 NKJV This week we will focus on your core. The core of the body is essential for movement, posture and daily functional living. This simple exercise known as a crunch can improve your core strength and stability. The form stays the same as demonstrated below. " Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, To the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved" Eph. 1:3-6 KJV "But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint."
